Every beautiful beginning deserves a thoughtful approach. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll arrange a personal consultation to explore your wedding vision, equestrian aesthetic, and the details that make your story uniquely yours.
From there, we’ll create a custom proposal for your wedding stationery, thoughtfully shaped by your inspiration, horses, the traditions you cherish, and the creative possibilities we discover together.

With your creative direction established, we bring your wedding stationery to life through thoughtful design and collaboration. Each bespoke invitation suite includes three to five rounds of refinement, allowing every detail to find its perfect balance. From equestrian-inspired artwork to luxurious papers and timeless embellishments, realistic mockups help you envision each element as part of a beautiful, cohesive whole. Once approved, every detail is carefully proofread before your designs make their way to the press.

With your final approval, your wedding stationery moves into production, where artistry and time-honored craftsmanship come together. Rooted in equestrian heritage and a love for traditional printing, each bespoke invitation suite is brought to life with exceptional care on our antique equipment here in house.
As beautiful things take time, we allow a minimum of six to eight weeks for print production, ensuring every detail receives the attention it deserves.

The finishing touches deserve just as much care as the first impression. With our white-glove wedding invitation assembly and mailing services, each suite is thoughtfully assembled by hand, addressed with precision, and prepared for its journey to your guests. From the final flourish to the moment it arrives in the mailbox, every detail is handled with the same care and attention that defines EquusArte. Invitations are mailed through USPS, with upgraded tracking options available for added peace of mind.

We aprreciate your inquiry and will get back to you wihtin 24-48 hours. Our custom stationery begins at $2750 for 75 suites. Most couples spend $4,000-$6000 after adding upgrades or additional suites. We also offer Save The Dates and Wedding Day Paperie.
